How much is shipping?
Orders of $25 or more ship free, anywhere in the world. Orders under $25 are a flat $7.99. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and begins after processing. Full delivery windows are on our shipping page.
How can I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. Use the Track Your Order link in our Customer Care menu and enter the requested order information.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items should be unworn with tags attached, and return postage is paid by you. If something arrives damaged or incorrect we cover the return postage and refund you in full. Full details are in the Refund Policy linked in the footer.
How do I choose a size?
Check the product page first for item-specific measurements. For clothing without specific measurements, use our general Size Guide.
Can colors look different in person?
